Lauda Virginia Vargas (b. 1992, Santo Domingo) is a architect and artist based in Copenhagen. Her practice spans sculpture, drawing, and collage, with a thematic focus on cartography, spirituality, belonging, and memory. Her work explores the temporal and spatial complexities of the Caribbean archipelago, reflecting on its history and ongoing journey toward liberation. She is currently an artist-in-residence at IASPIS, the international program of the Swedish Arts Grants Committee.
